If you upload with your mobile phone, please tell us more information about your device (most importantly its brand and model), preferably with tech specs included. It will be more ideal if you can check the version number of the VeeR app on your phone.
If you upload through web browser, please let us know which browser you use, and which version it is currently updated to.
Please make sure the metadata of your video contains duration, height, width, and bitrate. If your file size is large, please try to establish a more stable internet connection before you retry uploading.
